I totally forgot to post this one up, lucky I stumble upon their pictures in my folders. Weeks before I exploded, my sister and I made a bunch of Mini Éclairs for a potluck party we’ve been invited to. Éclairs is basically a pastry made of pâte à choux dough, filled with a cream and topped with icing. Well, the same as the popular cream puffs except for its log or finger shape.
