Ginger-Soy-Honey Salmon

Yeay! My 44 days of confinement period has ended! It’s still a mystery- why the 44 days?…I just listen what Ma said what’s best for me, therefore no arguments on this ‘mystery’.

My last entry for confinement menu! Ok, this is probably the best tasting dish for people in confinement to enjoy. Salmon the fatty fish, as everyone know has many-many powerful nutrition that the body may benefit from. It’s crazy not to like it! Ok, there are people who don’t like the fishy taste, but try this easy recipe, you might change your mind.

Marinate each salmon steak with equal portion of 1 Tbsp of  grated ginger, soy and honey (extra honey if you wish).Broil in the oven for 7-10 minutes depending on the thickness of the fish and wallah! I served mine with mustard green sauteed with garlic butter. Yum!
